What is included in the Plaza Rooftop Venue, LLC Rental?

Pub Tables with accompanying tablecloths.
Access to the catering kitchen.
Tables and chairs can be rented at additional cost

Will the lobby bathrooms be open for use by the renters?

Yes. 2 restrooms are available for use on the rooftop.

Does the rental include the use of kitchen?

Yes, renter and caterers have full use of kitchen.

Trash cans and trash bags?

Trash bags and trash cans will be provided by Plaza Rooftop Venue, LLC.

Is parking available?

Parking is available on both Main Street as well as side parking adjacent to the Plaza.

Do you have to use on site catering?

No, you can bring in your own catering staff.

Do you have to put up a deposit?

Yes, to reserve a date and book the venue, a Security Deposit of 25% of the rental cost and a signed rental contract are required.

How old do you have to be to rent rooftop?

You must be 21 years of age or older.

Is there an extra fee for booking on major holidays?

Yes. An extra $500 is added to the rental fee.

Do you require security?

Yes. Plaza Rooftop Venue, LLC will provide on-site security at additional cost to the renter. The security fee is a non-refundable fee that will be determined based on the event type, date, hours, and number of guests. This is non-negotiable and must be Plaza Rooftop Venue, LLC security staff. This will be in addition to the rental fee.

Is liability insurance required?

Yes. Special Event Liability Insurance is required and provided through Plaza Rooftop Venue, LLC. This insurance must cover the liability described below. This will be an additional non-refundable one-time fee. If beer/wine/alcohol is to be served at the event, the policy shall be provided through Plaza Rooftop Venue, LLC and will be an additional charge. The policy shall provide minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence and written by a company with an A.M. Best rating of “A” or better.

Is there a time limit on how long you can rent the space?

The space is available to rent for a minimum of 3 hours to a maximum of 5 hours.

Do you allow alcohol at the events?

If liquor is served at the event, and an outside vendor is used, they must provide a copy of their liquor license toPlaza Rooftop Venue at least ten (10) days before the event. If the renter brings their own alcohol, they must still provide a copy of liability insurance for the event showing they are giving away the alcohol. If giving away alcohol of any kind, the renter is responsible for any consumption.
